For general care, you should wipe down the shoes with a clean, damp rag after each use. This will keep them nice and clean. For more stubborn stains, dilute a mild detergent in water and clean using that solution. Once or twice a year, use a leather conditioner/lotion on the shoes. This will keep the leather nice and soft and reduce the appearance of creases.
